Clip-Plate for 16mm pipe laid within a screed

Clip-Plate

Clip-Plate Underfloor Heating System

Clip-Plate is a fast and effective method of laying underfloor heating within a screed floor. The pre-made pipe spacings allow for reduced installation times and also act as protection from site traffic whilst the screed is being laid. This system also allows for the pipe to be installed onto a surface that cannot accommodate staples due to minimal insulation heights.

Clip-Plate, once interlocked with each other, create a membrane removing the need for DPM over the insulation.

Can quiet easily be installed by a single engineer with a pipe de-coiler and a good knowledge of underfloor heating.

tiles

Tile Flooring

Tiles can be laid directly on to screed using a flexible tile adhesive. We strongly advise the use of a decoupling membrane, this will help prevent cracks and also provide a separation layer should you want to change the tiles in the future.

LVT/Vinyl Flooring

LVT / Vinyl need to have a flat surface to lay on. It is recommended to speak directly with the manufacturer to ascertain any pre-existing requirements prior to installing LVT or Vinyl. The vinyl floor should not exceed 27°C.
