On-site assistance
We can offer professional, on-site help for a range of things, from help to problems. All we require is you book it in with one of our external engineers. If the problem has resulted from installation error, there may be a charge applicable to the visit.
Technical helpline
Our technical help team is one of the most knowledgeable within the industry. With many years of underfloor heating experience, we can help with anything from setting the programs on your thermostat to helping you commission the system. We’re here with you every step of the way.
CAD designs
Offering fully indemnified designs, with one of the fastest turnarounds in the industry. HydroHeat designs offer all the details to complete the job, including flow rates, heated area, pipe length and coil allocation.
You will find basic wiring diagrams and manifold details. This should help to make the install and commissioning process seemless.
With each kit, we supply a correctly sized paper design with a scale to ensure you install the pipe at the correct centres.
