12mm PE-RT pipe Lo-Tile underfloor heating

Lo-Tile

Lo-Tile Underfloor Heating System

HydroHeat Lo-Tile is ideal for areas that there is no insulation and it would be difficult to add any. Lo-Tile comprises high-density cement-coated insulation routered for 12mm pipe. Designed to give a suitable surface for tile adhesive to adhere to.

The boards are lightweight, and easy to cut. This makes the installation process seamless.

The Tile-Boards are fixed in place using flexible tile adhesive or screws with large washers, depending on the surface you’re fixing to.

tiles

Tile Flooring

Tiles can be laid directly on to Lo-Tile using a flexible tile adhesive. We strongly advise the use of a decoupling membrane, this will help prevent cracks and also provide a separation layer should you want to change the tiles in the future.

LVT and Vinyl

LVT/Vinyl Flooring

LVT / Vinyl need to have a flat surface to lay on. It is recommended to speak directly with the manufacturer to ascertain the depth of self-levelling compound required prior to installing LVT or Vinyl. The vinyl floor should not exceed 27°C.
