Staples
HydroHeat Staples are supplied in 50mm and come with a welded strip, unlike taped staples these will not clog up your staple guns.
Clip Rail
Our Clip Rail is supplied in 1 meter lengths and has 50mm centres between each pipe clip. supplied with barbed fixings to install straight on to insulation.
Clip Plate
Clip Plate comes in sheets and covers an area of 1.12M². Clip Plate reduce the time it takes to install your underfloor heating system through its ready made pipe spacing's.
Edge Insulation
Edge insulation is an essential part of any HydroHeat screed UFH system. They're designed to provide a separation layer between the wall and screed floors with UFH systems within.
Low Profile Accessories
Multi-End
HydroHeat Multi-End provides more connecting pipe channels than any other gypsum end on the market. Providing 7 connecting run channels and offset returns to aid the Lo-Board installations.
Gyp-Corner
Gyp-Corner enables a 90° turn without reducing the number of runs in the channels.
Lo-Board
Lo-Board is an 18mm gypsum fibre board with 12mm channels routed out at 150cc. The board are 800x600mm in size.
Hydro-Lo Panel
This panel was developed specifically for larger pipe sizes (range 10-12 mm). The new patented structure (with interstitial nubs) allows easy diagonal installation. In addition, it offers inherent stability (without insulation). Pipe diameter range: 10-12 mm.
Flexi Level
Tilemaster FlexiLevel is a fast setting, flexible and fibre reinforced self levelling compound. Tilemaster FlexiLevel has been specially formulated to allow the product to be poured to depths between 2mm – 50mm in one application and receive foot traffic after 3 hours.
Floating & Suspended Accessories
Heat Plate
HydroHeat Plates are used as both heating conductors and pipe fixings. The plates are intended for building renovations (wooden floor on joists) and the construction of timber frame houses. We are able to get HydroHeat Plates in many sizes and stock 1000x390mm with 200 centres.
Insulation
HydroHeat insulation is supplied in 30mm thicknesses and 350mm for suspended floors and 1200mm wide for floating floors. We are able to get this product in an array of different sizes with most pipe centres.
